All presenting authors are required to complete their registration and manage their own travel and accommodation expenses. Once your abstract is submitted, you will receive an official acknowledgment email that will guide you through the enrollment process for the summit. Accepted abstracts will be compiled into a digital abstract book with DOI references, which will be distributed to all attendees at the event. If a presenting author is unable to attend, it is mandatory to delegate the presentation to a qualified co-author or representative and notify the organizing committee in advance.
